Sarah’s background is in law and accountancy, including company secretarial work. Latterly, Sarah has worked as a business consultant, specifically advising on governance and strategy with particular emphasis on the charity sector. She has been chair of a number of voluntary membership organisations in the past and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
