Our sports sophrology center “69Nord Sommarøy Outdoor Center” is open all year round. We organize introductory courses in sophrology in Summer. The three other seasons are devoted to athletes’ mental training. Our centre is open to groups and individuals.
Sophrology sessions are in English or French.
