Sharpening our Tools, Deepening our Wisdom

On 23 June at 1pm BST, join the International Sophrology Federation community for an interactive online conference. We will be exploring the healing power of sound through voice, lifting the lid on important neuroscience topics, and getting an update on the latest research in sophrology. All aimed at sharpening our tools and deepening our wisdom as sophrology practitioners. We are delighted to announce the following speakers:
