On 3 December at 12:30pm GMT, join the International Sophrology Federation community for an interactive online conference shine a spotlight on two of the greatest needs of our time: making new meaning and changing old habits. We’ll explore the role of purpose and values and of social support, in the context of how sophrology can help to address these needs. Join us to learn from both practitioner and scientific perspectives, and hear about the latest sophrology book to be published in English.
